Scotts Valley Milgard Window Replacement
CLIENT’S REQUEST:
Client selected Milgard Styleline windows and a Milgard Tuscany patio door to replace old windows and improve curb appeal.
After the project was completed, the homeowner was pleased with the achieved look. The homeowner reported that the added benefits of better noise reduction and insulation from weather created a more comfortable home environment.
WORK COMPLETED:
- 20 Milgard Styleline Vinyl Windows
- 1 Milgard Tuscany Sliding Door
This project was especially challenging since it is a very tall home on a cliff. Additional scaffolding was required to reach all the windows. Lighthouse Windows installed Styleline Series windows which provide larger views with clean lines.
A Milgard Tuscany vinyl patio door was installed. One of the special features for Tuscany patio doors is the SmartTouch door handle with an integrated steel bolt and multi-point locking system. Milgard’s SmartTouch door handle addresses the need for a durable, easy to use patio door that exceeds rigorous California forced-entry codes.
